I almost scolded him then but i saw that a huge smile had enveloped the little girl's face on hearing what her gift was.
Maybe sometimes, kids know better :)

And, don't blame Jun, I have heard stories of managers actually calling branch offices to inform them of 'surprise' visits for stock taking and that too, weeks in advance....
